In the old Indian story of the blind men and the elephant, a picture of the truth emerges though a collection of perspectives. In the same way, a series of microdocs can be assembled together to help us have a fuller experience of the impact of your organization.
This month, through the series of the Downtown Streets Team, we go into the darkness of homelessness, the connection of a shop owner to a person without shelter, and into a police car to get the perspective from the chief. While each one of the stories is unique, they are all building the same case by describing the envisioned future of this unique organization.
If you are curious about how we make it all happen without an office, Rochelle Durst, our Director of Productions, takes you behind the scenes, into her avocado grove. Coming back to our beloved India, I leave you with a poetic, video exploration I found this week on the craft of woodworking.
Namaste,
